Unconditional return and exchange

Unconditional return and exchange can be applied within 7 days after receipt (the product must be kept intact, not worn, demagnetized or damaged, and the original packaging and gifts are complete).

The return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer (except for quality issues).

Quality issue guarantee

If the product has natural defects, breaks or is seriously inconsistent with the description, it can be returned or reissued free of charge within 15 days (photo/video proof is required).

The shipping fee is borne by us, and an energy purification gift package will be given as an apology.

Customized products and special terms

Customized models (engraving, special size, etc.) will not be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality problem.

Energy crystals (such as those that have been opened and customized chakra sets) cannot be returned or exchanged after unpacking, but free energy consultation and adjustment services are supported.

Note: Please contact customer service to obtain the authorization number before returning or exchanging. Packages sent back without confirmation may not be processed.
